Apartments on the Rise
With a lot of buyers being priced out of the booming housing market, experts are forecasting that affordability issues will force many in the market, particularly first home buyers, to purchase apartments rather than houses. Many are predicting that this will in turn drive unit prices up and with a shortage of apartments looming as a result of falling apartment approvals, demand could potentially outweigh supply, resulting in prices climbing even further.
