Ringwood SDA Apartments Help Those in Need

We were recently involved in the sale of seven Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartments within Ringwood. These apartments were specifically designed for NDIS participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. We are incredibly proud to have been involved in assisting to deliver such important accommodation to the SDA Fund, which works hand in hand with the NDIS.

Apartments on the Rise

With a lot of buyers being priced out of the booming housing market, experts are forecasting that affordability issues will force many in the market, particularly first home buyers, to purchase apartments rather than houses. According to Domain chief of research and economics, Nicola Powell, the higher the house prices, the more demand we will see flow into units. Many are predicting that this will in turn drive unit prices up and with a shortage of apartments looming as a result of falling apartment approvals, demand could potentially outweigh supply, resulting in prices climbing even further.
