Andrew Fawell

Director, Projects by Buxton Real Estate

Having identified a gap in the market for specialist project agents, Andrew Fawell has been involved in Melbourne’s project marketing scene since its earliest days. Recognising the need for project agents to acquire a completely different skill set to residential real estate, Andrew has built a highly reputable businesses and nurtured a team of professionals, dedicated purely to the success of development projects.

With the added experience gained from being personally involved in a range of property developments, Andrew has a deep understanding of the development process and the pressures of creating a project. Having been in business for more than 25 years and developed a wide network of collaborators across Melbourne, Andrew brings his extraordinary industry insight to Projects by Buxton Real Estate.

Heath Thompson

Director, Projects by Buxton Real Estate

Growing up in a property development family, it was only natural that Heath Thompson would be a perfect fit for the industry. After completing a Bachelor of Business Property specialising in Property Valuations, Heath spent 13 years working on a variety of development projects, ranging from apartments to hotel accommodation across Melbourne and country Victoria.

Heath’s depth of experience across multiple property sectors, particularly within the building and construction industries, gives him a better understanding of the pressures and challenges that a property developer faces.

Working closely with developers, builders, town planners, architects, interior designers and creative agencies, Heath’s intrinsic knowledge of the entire property development process, from site acquisition to selling out, is unparalleled.

Lucia Guselnikov

Sales Consultant, Projects by Buxton Real Estate

Born in China of Chinese Russian heritage, Lucia has a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce Degree as well as her Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate. With many years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, she began working for Melbourne’s largest and most reputable Property Developer in 2001 and is still passionate about finding clients their forever home or ideal investment property.

She joined the Projects by Buxton team in 2021 as a Sales Consultant and considers her experience, strong work ethic, language skills and loyalty amongst her strengths.

Outside of work Lucia likes to keep fit, travel, catch up with friends for brunch or coffee, and spend time with her family and two dogs at Philip Island.

Reese Heycock

Sales Consultant, Projects by Buxton Real Estate

Indonesia’s loss was Australia’s gain when Reese made her move here 20 years ago. Originally from Solo City In Central Java, her bubbly, warm and outgoing personality complements a can-do attitude where nothing is too difficult in the quest to satisfy the needs and requirements of her clients.

Personal engagement, building trust and long-term business relationships are the key tenets she believes are crucial to success in the real estate industry, where ten years experience across business development, project marketing and event management forms a solid, well-rounded base.

Drawn to the role as a sales consultant by her passion for meeting new people, networking, helping others realise their property goals and identifying investments for clients both locally and internationally, the passion Reese brings to her professional career is mirrored by that with which she embraces life in general.

A mother to four children, her energy knows no bounds, enjoying the focus and discipline of martial arts, the creativity of jewellery design and the soul-soothing relaxation of the great outdoors – none more so than paddle-boarding at one of Melbourne’s glorious bay beaches.

Sunnie Khakh

General Manager, Projects by Buxton Real Estate

Sunnie by name and by nature, the CPA-qualified accountant has embraced her role as General Manager  with the passion and unbridled enthusiasm she brings to the rest of her life.

Born in the land of the long white cloud, she moved to Australia at age seven, where her parents took to country living as farmers, leading by example and instilling in her a strong work ethic that left a lasting impression.

Six years within the real estate industry and a background boasting broad experience across accountancy and business management has held Sunnie in good stead dealing with the diverse nature of her current position.

Complemented by an analytical focus and meticulous attention-to-detail, her bubbly personality and common-sense approach ensure she is a natural as the central point between the Directors, Sales Consultants, Property Managers and Projects Team.
